About the Role

The LIFE Creations admin will be in charge of communicating with all members of staff; inclusive of current and potential future employees. They will conducting first stage interviews of candidates who have shown interest on the particular role at hand before sending over to the manager or director for the next stages. They will also ensure the systematic nature of the company by ensuring all files, worksheets, data and information of the company is exceptionally kept and monitored. The admin will also take charge of writing minutes where necessary at events, workshops and key meetings. The admin will look for innovative ways to bring exposure to current posts whilst providing methodological approaches to implement structure and excellence within the company.
