About the Role
The manager will be in charge of daily affairs and the running of the company. They will work with the director to manage the company effectively and efficiently. They will be in consistent communication with the Director and work with the workshop leaders to direct them into schools, organisations and other partners. The manager will have monthly meetings with: the developer, financial co- ordinator, social administrator and workshop leaders. Setting them monthly goals and targets which help develop themselves and the company’s infrastructure and structure.
The COO will also be in liaisons with schools once a meeting is secured by the youth ambassador to then speak through the packages briefly and secure dates (at the start assisting the new workshop leaders on their trips to schools, PRU’s and so forth). The manager alongside the director will have monthly meetings (sometimes leading sessions) with the whole team and quarterly meetings to revisit goals, targets and the overall vision and mission for the business strategically planning and executing the ethos practically of building giants. The manager can progressively sit in on and deliver training sessions to the workshop leaders and go over packages and sessions with them, revising and refining throughout.
Requirements
Passionate and active Christian
At least 2 years experience within leading and working with young people
